Everything is a fast, simple, and colorful list manager for to-dos, groceries, and various other purposes such as wish lists, trip planning, meal planning, shopping lists, homework tracking, meeting agendas, book or movie lists, downloads, and general task management.

Using Everything is as straightforward as jotting down notes on a piece of paper, but with the added benefit of easily modifying your lists without any restrictions.

How to use:

1. To create a list: Press the green plus button at the bottom of the home screen to access the "Add List" screen. Enter the list name and select a color. Press the "enter" key on your keyboard to save the list. To discard a list, simply use the "back" button on your phone.

2. To change the color of your list: Tap the color circle on the right side of the list or perform a long press on the list to bring up an "Edit" option in a menu. You can then adjust the name and color of the list using this edit feature. (Note: The numbers displayed in color circles indicate the number of items in that specific list).

3. To add items to a list: Enter the list and navigate to the "Items Screen." Tap the green clipboard icon at the bottom to add or edit items in the "Add Items Screen." Each item should be written on a separate line. For instance:

   • Cheese
   • Ground meat
   • Bread

   If you wish to include additional details for your items, use a forward slash (/) to separate them like so:

   • Cheese / Parmesan, feta
   • Ground meat / 2 pounds
   • Bread / Italian, white

   Once completed, select the green checkmark at the top right to save the items and return to the items screen. You can mark items as completed by tapping on them to add a blue tick mark. To delete checked items, tap the red cross button at the bottom – this action removes all ticked items. Uncheck an item by tapping it again to remove the tick mark. Checked items move to the bottom and unchecked items return to the top of your list.

4. To delete a list: You have two choices: Use the blue eraser button at the bottom of the screen and confirm deletion by selecting "delete," or perform a long press on a list to reveal a menu with a "Delete" option. Either method will remove the item.

5. To change the background image: Access the "Options Screen" by tapping the yellow options button on the home screen. Tap on a background option for automatic saving. You can return to the home screen by selecting the home button at the bottom left corner.
